Massive Broadband speed boost for Flow Customers

Over 15,000 customers receive a FREE upgrade to new minimum speed of 50Mb/s

St. George’s, Grenada, May 8^th, 2019:

“50 is the new minimum!” this was the big surprise announcement from Flow Country Manager, James Pitt as he addressed media at the company’s quarterly media update held at Venus Restaurant and Lounge Conference Room on Wednesday, May 8^th.

Pitt announced the game-changing news for Flow’s broadband customers who have now automatically been upgraded from 15 Mb/s to the new 50Mb/s standard speed at no additional cost. Customers on higher tiered packages will also receive a FREE upgrade up to 300Mb/s.

He said “we promised to address customers’ concerns around broadband speed and we have listened and acted. As part of our brand promise to keep customers ‘always connected on the best network’ we are ensuring that they are receiving exactly that. With faster broadband speeds that allow customers to enjoy their favorite entertainment without fear of buffering or delays along with our new data-rich mobile plans that ensure customers have all the data they need to share life’s unexpected moments anywhere, anytime.”

Pitt also outlined to media some of the major strides they have made to improve customer and service experience across Grenada, Carriacou and Petit Martinique.
