Project Blue [A Colon & Prostate Cancer Awareness Initiative]

This year the Kevin Squared Project will serve not only the citizens of St. Vincent & The Grenadines (SVG), but those throughout the Caribbean with the Project Blue initiative. The focus will be on colon and prostate cancer awareness, where the money raised will aid someone battling this disease. It is our hope that you in Grenada will accept our desire to partner with you to raise funds in support of the Grenada Cancer Society. On Friday, September 29th we will host ‘Blue Friday’ in honor of prostate cancer awareness. This awareness campaign will take place in Grenada, Barbados and SVG. Project Blue will also extend into 2018 where during the month of March (colon cancer awareness month), we will host the Project Blue cocktail. Our team of volunteers seeks to offer an exquisite experience paired with unforgettable expressions in music, fashion, and art. We believe that this partnership will extend the reach of both of our organizations and build a country that we both hold dear. The role that you play in Grenada is undeniable and we hope that you can act as an avenue for social and health justice. BLUE FRIDAY The Project Blue team would be tremendously honoured if your company would participate in ‘Blue Friday’ on September 29th, 2017 by having representatives of your company wear Project Blue polo shirts at a cost of EC $50 (per shirt) or t-shirts at a cost of EC $25. The aim is to raise awareness of the prevalence of the disease in our country and financially support someone currently battling cancer. Cancer is now among the leading cause of death in Grenada with average treatment starting at $50,000, the average Grenadian can not afford to fight this battle alone. You can be a part saving lives!
