Pure Grenada Music Festival Announces RnB/Soul Artiste

(St. George’s, Grenada) – The Pure Grenada Music Festival (PGMF) is now within its home stretch, with the festival being just a month away. In keeping with its goal of being set apart from other festivals in the region; the PGMF has added yet another highly talented artistes to the already stellar headline. The PGMF is proud to announce that Malika Tirolien will be joining Tarrus Riley and Cody ChestnuTT on Saturday May 6^th at the Port Louis Lawn for the evening of Love & Soul.

Malika Tirolien is a Guadeloupian R&B/Soul singer, song-writer and musician who is known for her powerful stage performances. She took the lead in Cirque du Soleil’s La Nouba. It was during her performance at La Nouba, that she gained the attention of Michael League of Snarky Puppy. She was then invited to be a part of what would turn out to be the Grammy Award winning Snarky Puppy album, Family Dinner. She has traveled and performed at a number of prestigious festivals including Montreal International Jazz Festival.

Malika’s inclusion to the performances at this year’s Pure Grenada Music Festival adds an element of Soul and Jazz which many have been yearning for. The PGMF committee is certain that Malika’s electrifying performance and soulful jazz renditions will keep patrons wanting more.
