Physical distancing is required for public health reasons, therefore more and more virtual meetings have become the norm.

This Virtual Professionalism online seminar is an answered prayer for persons struggling or clueless about how to navigate an online meeting.

Participants in a group size limited to 1-5 attendees is interactive and frequently gives attendees an opportunity to practice Zoom features, which are very transferable to other online meeting platforms.

The session will not exceed 2 hours.

It is ideal for executives, educators, church leaders and team leaders. Each participant must log in via desktop or laptop

Shipping Policy

Icon Leadership Seminar & Coaching Services offers in-house, group and online coaching services.

Receipts for purchases will be provided electronically.

Refund Policy

Icon Leadership Seminar & Coaching Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session, due to the an act of God, political unrest or situation that would prevent the success of the event.

Due to the nature of the business of coaching, refunds will be granted under certain circumstances:

Company/Business Coaching: It is in keep with the grounds of the signed contract with Icon Leadership Seminar & Coaching Services.

General Group Registration (Online Session): You may receive a refund until seven (7) days prior to the session.

Individual Registration: (Online Sessions): You may receive a refund until 36 hours prior to the session.

Individual Registration: (In Person): Due to the preparation for the event which includes room rental, catering, printing materials, there will be no refunds for this category.  The Individual Registrant will be allowed to use their purchase for a future session, on any topic of their choice.

General Group Registration (In Person): Due to the preparation for the event which includes room rental, catering, printing materials, there will be no refunds for this category. The General Group Registrants will be allowed to use their purchase for a future session, on any topic of their choice.

Cancellation:  Should the event be cancelled with no rescheduled date provided, attendees will receive a full refund.

Postponement/Rescheduled:  Due to an act of God or compliance factors that will ensure the wellness of all parties that deems it necessary for Icon Leadership Seminar & Coaching Services to postpone or reschedule the seminar/coaching session, Registrants will be given the option to accept the new date or request a refund.

No Show:  Any registrants who does not show up on the day of the scheduled session is not entitled to a refund/return.

To request a refund, simply submit the refund request under the order section of your My Account page for review & approval Please note that refunds can take up to 5 days to process through PayPal, & 3 to 10 days through stripe.
